1:17 a.m., Moore Dormitory: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

1:18 a.m., Geology Construction Site: An officer on patrol stopped an intoxicated student who was tampering with the fence and throwing sand bags.

2:02 a.m., College Street: An officer responded to a report of a man and woman verbally fighting as they walked along College Street near Taplin Dormitory. The officer spoke with both students but took no further action.

11:21 a.m., College Street: Campus Police received a report that a woman had fallen off her bicycle at the intersection of Dickinson Street and College Street. Campus Police notified Amherst Town Police.

4:50 p.m., Keefe Campus Center: An officer investigated a 9-1-1 hang-up call made from a basement office. The officer found no problem.

5:46 p.m., Robert Frost Library: Officers responded to a complaint of youngsters causing a disturbance. The officers located the youths and asked them to leave the building.

12:51 a.m., Pratt Dormitory: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

1:50 a.m., Octagon: Campus Police received a complaint about loud music coming from a party. Officers notified party monitors, who had the DJ lower the volume.

11:21 a.m., Coolidge Dormitory: An officer investigated a duress alarm.

12:01 p.m., North Dormitory: An unidentified cause activated a fire alarm. Officers notified an electrician.

12:28 p.m., McGuire Life Sciences: Officers responded to a report of a minor fire and quenched it.

8:19 p.m., Williston Hall: An unidentified cause activated the fire alarm in a first-floor room. Officers reset the system. While in the building, an officer located a 30-pack of beer in a first-floor room. The officer confiscated the alcohol. A second alarm sounded at 10:24 p.m. Officers reset the system again and contacted an electrician to investigate the problem.

12:36 a.m., Hamilton House: Officers responded to a noise complaint and shut down an unauthorized party.

12:58 a.m., Coolidge: Excessive cigarette smoke in a first-floor suite activated a fire alarm. Officers fined suite residents $100 for the alarm. While in the suite, officers also discovered an unlicensed keg. The officers fined one resident $100.

2:29 a.m., Waldorf-Astoria: A resident complained about people in the hall being loud and disruptive by kicking a ball around. When an officer checked, nobody was in the hall.

3:18 a.m., Wieland Hall: Officers responded to a report of a fight, but found no such activity.

4:46 p.m., Jenkins Dormitory: Steam from a shower activated a fire alarm. Officers reset the system.

5:09 p.m., Pond Dormitory: A resident complained about banging in the area. The responding officer found a student playing drums in a basement room and asked him to stop.

6:12 p.m., Merrill Science Building: An officer responded to a 9-1-1 hang-up call made from a fifth-floor room. The officer found no problem.

7:20 p.m., Alumni Gymnasium: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student. After evaluating the student, ACEMS requested that Campus Police dispatch an ambulence.

8:17 p.m.. Observatory: An officer on patrol found two people in a car parked near the building.  Officers asked the people to leave since they had no legitimate reason to be there.

11:22 p.m., Keefe Campus Center: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

1:20 p.m., Valentine Hall: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured employee. After evaluating the individual, ACEMS requested an ambulance.

10:30 a.m., Coolidge:Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student.

10:50 a.m., College Hall: An officer investigated a 9-1-1 hang -up call.

12:35 a.m., Valentine: Campus Police dispatched an ambulance to assist an ill employee.

6:40 p.m., Garman House: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an ill student.

12:37 a.m., Crossett Dormitory: Officers responded to a noise complaint and shut down a party in a first-floor suite. The officers confiscated two kegs and fined the residents $50 each.

1:27 a.m., Stone: Officers responded to a noise complaint and shut down a party in a first-floor suite. The officers confiscated an unlicensed keg and fined the residents $25 each.

11:37 a.m., Humphries House: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS to assist an injured student.

2:06 a.m., Hamilton: Officers responded to a complaint of loud people outside the house. The people were dispersed.

6:49 p.m., Octagon: Amherst Town Police reported seeing people on the roof of the building. An officer responded and located a student and his friend. Officers fined the student $100 for being on the roof.

8:41 p.m., Moore: An unidentified cause activated a fire alarm. Officers reset the system.

2:21 a.m., Charles Drew House: A resident of Cohan complained about loud music. Campus Police identified the lead Party Monitor.

1:12 p.m., Crossett: Campus Police dispatched ACEMS and an ambulance to assist an ill student.

3:45 p.m., Pratt Field: An officer confiscated alcoholic beverages from several underage students.

6:08 p.m., College Street: An officer assisted the Amherst Town Police at a motor vehicle accident.
