2:07 p.m., James Hall
ACPD responded to a pre-fire alarm. No smoke or fire was detected.

3:52 p.m., Campus Grounds
ACPD responded to the report of an individual engaging in indecent behavior. The person was identified.

3:54 p.m., Webster Building
ACPD responded to an intrusion alarm. The cause of activation was accidental by an employee.

9:00 p.m., Lee Hall
ACPD responded to a pre-fire alarm. Cause of activation was from burnt food.

11:09 a.m., Amherst College Police
A student reported that a scammer impersonated a U.S. Marshal over the phone to try and extort money from them. There was no monetary loss.

5:15 p.m., Charles Pratt Hall
ACPD received a 2111 emergency call from the elevator. Student reported being stuck in the elevator. ACPD responded to the scene.

2:25 p.m., Beneski Earth Science & Natural History Museum
ACPD received a 2111 emergency call from the elevator. The cause of activation was accidental.

11:35 p.m., King Hall
A chemical fire extinguisher was sprayed in a common area when there was no fire.

8:54 a.m., First Year Quad
ACPD investigated a report of a person video recording buildings. The person was located and advised to seek permission to video record on campus.

5:54 p.m., Garman House
AFD, Community Safety and ACPD responded to a fire alarm caused by a fog machine.

2:48 a.m., Valentine Residence Hall
A Community Service Officer responded to a noise complaint. No one was in the area and all was quiet.

6:26 p.m., Student Center & Dining Commons Site
Multiple juveniles were observed skateboarding on the roof of the new student center. They had trespassed and were identified by ACPD.

6:50 p.m., Campus Grounds
An individual who is not affiliated with the college was trespassed from campus.

10:51 p.m., College Street
ACPD responded to an individual causing a disturbance. The person was gone upon the officers’ arrival.

1:32 a.m., Book & Plow Farm
ACPD checked on two vehicles that were parked at the farm late at night. Occupants were identified and sent on their way with no further issues.

8:40 a.m., Off-Campus Location
ACPD responded to a minor motor vehicle accident.

2:10 p.m., Campus Grounds
Caller reported an individual causing a disturbance. ACPD responded and the person was sent on their way.
