ACPD responded to speak with a staff member about a known individual that visited campus.

ACPD responded to an intrusion alarm. The cause of activation was accidental by an employee.

8:48 p.m., Amherst College Police
ACPD investigated a concerning social media post regarding "Amherst". The investigation revealed the post was referring to Amherst, Virginia.

ACPD responded to a request to check on a person at Chapin Hall. Upon conversation it was determined the person had no affiliation with the College and they were asked to leave.
