ACPD responded to a report of a person yelling on College Street. Officers determined it was a local unhoused person known for this activity.

ACPD and AFD responded to a fire alarm that was caused by a lit candle. The candle was confiscated.

ACPD received a report of a person yelling on College Street. No one was in the area upon officers arrival.
